You can return the product within 15 days following the day your order reaches you. For returns due to any defect caused by the product, your return period is 30 days. Within the framework of the following criteria, you can return the product(s).
We kindly ask you to fill in the "Return Form" field at the bottom of your invoice and send the product you will return with MNG Cargo, with the package undamaged, the product in its unused state and all accessories, by covering the shipping fee. For returns you will make due to any defect caused by the product, the shipping cost belongs to us.
The return fee is transferred to your credit card from the moment the products reach the warehouse, after checking their compliance with the return conditions. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to see your refund on your credit card.
You have the right to change the color and size of each product sold. We kindly ask you to write "Exchange" in the "Reason for Return" section of the "Return Form" field at the bottom of your invoice and send the package with Yurtici Cargo, undamaged, unused and all accessories, with a counter payment.
